Announcing: Guest Editors!

Posted on |

Beginning the fall of 2017, Broadsided Press will be inviting quarterly Guest Editors to help select work for publication and provide new energy, ideas, and guidance for the press.  We hope to broaden the reach and embrace of Broadsided.  Willie Lin, our inaugural Guest Editor, will be reading submissions and helping make selections from October through the end of December.

Bio: Willie Lin lives and work in Chicago, IL. She’s the author of the chapbooks Lesser Birds of Paradise (MIEL 2016) and Instructions for Folding (Northwestern University Press 2014). Willie’s poem “To You and For You,” with a visual response from artist Janice Redman, was published in 2014.

We are currently open for submissions—send us your best work and see what it inspires in a visual artist!

Future Guest Editors:

January – March, 2018: Lena Khalaf Tuffaha (author of “Fragment“)

March – June, 2018: Miller Oberman (author of “Morning Pastoral“)
